Open DB from another DB and run Macro

I would like to open a DB from another DB and automatically
run a macro. I do not want this macro run except from this
other DB so I do not want to name it AutoExec. I have
tried run app with the following.
"path to access" "path to DB" "macro name"
or
"path to access" "path to DB macro name"

and still get errors. What is the proper syntax for a
macro that opens an access application and runs a macro?
