Open Calendar in another window

Hi,
I frequently open the calendar in another window, clicking on Calendar
with the right button and select "open in another window".

Is there a way to open the calendar automatically in another window when
Outlook is started?

If you select File > Exit while both windows are open, Outlook should
remember this and open both windows at next launch.
