Open All Files that Meet Condition and Save Renaming

Part I: How can I open all of the files in a folder whose name start with "RI
Risk" or with"RI Upload"?

Part II: If the last 5 digits of the files are "052008" I need them replaced
with "062008", and then I would like the files to be saved with the new name.

To clarify on Part I: The folder name is "C:\temp" and the file names I would
like to open are just those that start with "RI Risk" or with "RI Upload"
