OOO Assistant Reminder Not Working

My Out of Office reminder is no longer working (the one that pops up when you
are currently on "out of office" status, asking you if you want to change
back to "in office"). I don't see any settings to en/disable this. Any
suggestions?

What version of Outlook and when is the last time it worked?
