Oobebaln.exe

I found this in the task scheduler. I have done some searching on Google and
some of the research state this is a Spybot file. Under the "name" column,it
calls this an ISP sign up reminder. When I perform a search in this laptop,
I find Oobebaln.exe in various folders, ie C/, document and settings, system,
etc,.


The entire path:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\OOBE\OOBEBALN.EXE /sys /i /n:1
Please advise.
