Only Title Bar Appearing

IE 6.0: Majority of new web pages appear with only Title
Bar no web pages. Only the minimize, maximize and close
buttons appear on the title bar. Why?

The "title bar" is a small window.
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
