Excel XP

I have a spreadsheet that has the starting dates of new employees. I am to
e-mail this list out each time it is updated. I do not want to keep sending
out the spreadsheet with all of the info..I just want to show the new dates.
I can use Data|Sort and use a boolean expression but it does not give me the
opportunity to say
"March 28, 2003" and only show those rows that have start dates of March 28,
2003.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Select a cell within your data list, then Data > Filter > AutoFilter, then
choose the drop-sown arrow at the top of your date column and select > Custom
then in the custom window, set up "Greater than" and the date of your
choice......Autofilter will then filter out all dates prior to your
selection......Print as you desire......then to reverse the process and put
everything back as it was, just do Data > Filter > AutoFilter again, (it's a
toggle)......
