only receive my original text but not text of reply

When I receive a reply to my email it only contains my original text and not
the text of the reply. I have my blackberry configured to receive from this
account and I can see the text of the reply on the blackberry. What Outlook
2003 settings need to be adjusted to see the text from the reply?

The first thing to try is to make sure you are not scanning mail with your
antivirus program.
