Your Temporary Internet Files folder is full. In IE, click Tools, Internet
Options, delete the Temporary Internet files.

delete your Internet Temporary Files. It's full, that blocks the jpg
saving. Why? BG loves you, that's why.

Try deleting the temporary files in your cache. I'm not sure why, but that
worked for me.

If you mean pictures from websites do a disc cleanup and clear your
Temporary Internet Files.
