only one speaker is working

only one of my speaker is working, does anyone have any idea why? i've
configured both and it should both be working but it's not. it's new.

Wire broken? Try it in another PC if you can... Wiggle the wire too (you
think I'm kidding don't you) and see what happens. Are both sides turned up
in the volume control?

thank you, i tried that but it still didn't work, it might be damaged good,
it came with our new pc. both sides were turned up, yes.

With the responses my response = Contact the OEM as it is likely damaged.
