only one browser window allowed... spyware?

I work at a charity, and one of our systems has been spy-
wared... It 'caught' the Mirar Bar, which I have since
removed...

The only problem is that the system will now only display
a single browser window at any time... hit a pop-up, and
the original window disappears... open another browser,
and the first shuts down. Why? Any ideas?

If I log onto the same machine as a different user, the
problem is gone. I assume it's a reg-entry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
