ONLY IN SAFE MODE FOR ADMINISTRATOR AGAIN.

I have a problem with a program. The print shop pro pub. 21
I can only get it to work in Safe mode for Administrator, even tho I am the
only user. I have Deleted it several times and went into the Regedit program
and cleared everything I found with It. I even went an made a permissions
acessable thru The Administrator SAFE mode for everything!.
Dont know what else to do.
Can any body help?
Win XP pro.
p4 Extreme.
4 gigs ram.
256 meg video card

What does the software's tech support have to say?

The only thing that they had suggested is that I format my hard drive and
start over, with everything.

That's ridiculous. Thank you Broderbund tech support (not). Uninstall
the software from Add/Remove Programs. Then make a new user account,
(Computer Administrator, not Limited). Now log into the new account and
try and install Printshop there. If given the option during install to
make the program available for all users, say "yes".

Well I'll give that a try, like i said I only have the one user and thats
myself as an Administrator, and by default on boot up in safe mode I get
myself and the Administrator Icon. And I tried run as Administrator but
access was denied due to no password and some other things.
