Hi. I love Outlook 2003 with the great interface and calendar.

However, what I miss about my mozilla mail programs is the ability to check
each of my email accounts, one at a time. I don't always want to check all
of my email addresses a the same time and I certainly don't want my
different email addresses being merged into the same inbox.

Is there anyway around this? I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks! :-)

To check individual accounts, right next to "Send/Receive", there is a down
arrow.

Click on the arrow and select which account you want to check.

To put emails from different into different folders, just create a rule that
separates emails based on which address they are sent to.

You might try adding folders to Inbox (right-click, New Folder) for each
mail account, then using the rules wizard to move messages based upon
the "To:" field to their respective folders.

Or, if you want one at a time email, you can (if the menu structure is
similar to 2000,) Tools, Send/Receive->Account, I think. You'll
probably want to go to each of your accounts and make sure "Include in
Send/Receive" is unchecked so you can manually retreive the account you
desire.

This may not apply to Outlook 2003. If not, I apologize for wasting
bandwidth.
