Online shut down

Since installing "YAHOO". When closing my internet connection, I get a
notice that internet exployer has encountered a problem and must shut down.
etc. Each time I report the problem and each time I continue to get same
notice at shut down, for at least a month ?? Is reporting the problem to
windows suppose to get a solution for the problem???

Yahoo provides numerous of things that can be installed.
Which one you related too.
I would Uninstall the thingie, and find something more stable to use.
