online printing wizard

I have the same problem, When I open up a folder of pictures and click 'Order Prints Online' on the left hand side, the Print Ordering Wizard comes up. I click next, and then where I should select the photos I want printed, I can't because there are no pictures there. anyone know why this is happening
 
I am having the same problem on both of my XP pro machines. This clearly seems to be more than a random event. There is nothing in the documentation from Microsoft of on their web site that explains this. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to make this work.

There are many online sites where you
can upload your images and order prints.
You don't even need the WinXP Online
Print Ordering Wizard.
