For my business, I keep all of my contacts, emails, appointments, etc i
outlook. Right now, I have a few people who work for me that ar
gathering contacts for me and entering them into outlook. My questio
is, is there a way to have multiple people share a central pst file o
something similar and when one person updates a record everyone usin
that file will have their records updated? Is this what an exchange o
the new business contact manager does? Thanks for all your help.

Also, with any of these, would it be possible to go into my outloo
files from a remote location? Thanks again

Without Exchange, there is no native way to share a PST file simultaneously
on several computers, as Outlook requires exclusive access to the file. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for non-Exchange options.,

With Exchange, yes, if you are storing all your mail in your mailbox and not
in a PST - you can use VPN/Outlook with an OST file for offline use, and/or
Outlook Web Access. However, more info about your company's size, technical
expertise, current network design, etc., would be needed in order to say
whether Exchange would be a good fit or not.
