The T2 presentation dvd shows a wonderful home where
everyone has there own PC and all running office 2003.
Nice dream world but not reality for the masses
Most of my home based customer student and home business
simply have one computer and a few are lucky to have two
or more.
So for this segment outlook is not a usable option as it
does not suport more then one identity and even some of my
professional users in small offices have more then one
email for as one lawyer who use roadrunner has 5 emails to
one computer 4 Businees one for his clients one for
prospective clients one for contact to companys one for
non emportant emails and 1 personal for his family only
so uses outlook express as outlook is usless to him

You should find out more about programs that you decide to call "useless"
before doing so. Outlook most definitely *does* support multiple
identities, it just calls them "accounts" or "profiles", not "identities".
All the scenarios you refer to can be handled quite nicely by Outlook.
