I have a network with 4 PCs, say A-D. B,C, and D can all see and
access each other. A can access B,C, and D. B,C, and D can all see A
but are denied access. I have removed and reapplied sharing to each
drive on A several times. B,C, and D are all registered as
Administrators on A. No password is required on A to log in. All four
systems have the same workgroup name.

I have run out of things to try. HELP!!!

It sounds like a misconfigured firewall. If any of the computers are
running XP SP2, Service Pack 2 automatically enables the Windows
Firewall. If you are not running a third-party firewall, go to the
Windows Firewall applet in Control Panel and enable File & Printer
Sharing on the Exceptions tab. If you are using a third-party firewall
(and have properly configured it to allow your lan traffic as Trusted),
then turn the Windows Firewall off. You don't want two firewalls
running, and a third-party program will be better than the WF. All
firewalls must be properly configured to allow lan traffic as Trusted.

Otherwise, here is an excellent network troubleshooter by Hans-Georg

If you take the time to go through it, it will pinpoint the problem
area(s).

I tried the File & Printer sharing and no luck. Now allll firewalls
are off and still no luck. I'll try yhr troubleshooting.

Thanks

I have been through the troubleshooter and still no luck. It says to
ask the system administrator, which is me.

I have repaired the network connection on A. What is very bizarre is
that the partition on A that shows up by default in My Network Places
on B,C, and D is accessible. But if I use View Workgroup Computers to
find system A, the message is that A is not accessible and that access
is denied.

What to try next?
