Suggest you update Word with a simple command that allows text insert in a
table of cells whilst automatically moving contents of the cell along and
down to the next one available. Contents in all cells would move to the next
adjacent cells. Similarly if contents are deleted in a cell all other cells
contents would move back so there are no empty intermitent cells.
Just like editing this note only each word would be in a cell.
This is to simplify editing an A4 sheet of 65 different address labels(5
across and 13 down). Adding and/or deleting a complete name and addressin one
cell.
