Add a new e-mail account
On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Select View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
Do one of the following:
If your mail system provider is on the list in the E-mail Accounts dialog
box, select the one you want to use and click Finish.
If your mail system provider is not on the list in the E-mail Accounts
dialog box, click Add, select the Server type you want, and then enter the
applicable information in the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
To verify that the clients you have added work with Business Contact
Manager, select a client in the E-mail Accounts dialog box, and click Test
Account Settings in the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
