I get an error message that
states; "page_fault_in_nonpaged__area"

Now it all started when I couldn't open a PDF file so Put
in my acrobar readere cd to reinstall the prog. But I
know very little so I couldn't find the acro prog on the
cd at first. The cd is a drivers and utilities cd. On
which are these; adobe, acrobat reader, fuzzy logic live
update, pc alert, pc cillin useful webste(useless if you
ask me) lol. andy how. I mistakenly installed these two
drivers (VIA Chipset Driver + VIA USB2.0 Driver) in a
poor attempt to kocate acrobat reader. Now I tried to go
to add/remove progroams cause drivers are for hardware
not software (I know that now), but they are not listed),
I also tried searchin my pc, no luck. Anyways I only
think that that is what caused the problem. Maybe I'm
mistaken. If anyone has any advice please help. The
blue screen i mentioned earlier said that it was a
serious error and that i was shutting ddown windows to
avoid damage to the pc. It allowed me to reset the
towere and then choose to start windows using the last
known good congiguration, which I did. But when it
starts up again the blue screen comes up again. Please
feel free to send me an email with some repair options.
Sincerely, Dyllan

I would bet on the USB driver & VIA chipset. You can't remove a driver
from Add/Remove Programs (in most cases); you do that through Device
Manager. Right click My Computer and choose Manage. Click on Device
Manager. Find the USB device and VIA chipset entries and remove them,
then restart your computer. Windows should automatically reinstall your
hardware with the correct drivers.
