This is basically a repeat of a previous problem a member posted in
January, for which there were no replies. Having tried everywhere else
I thought I would give it one more go.

Everytime I exit Outlook I get an error message;

' "0x450a4d6e" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not
be be "read". Click OK to terminate the program. ',

The detailed analysis error relates to the omint.dll file with the
following error signature:'

AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 9.0.0.6604
Modname: omint.dll
Modver: 5.5.3201.0 Offset: 0007033d

I'm continually sending an error report, but as yet have had no
answers.

Again, I'm using Outlook 2000 (SP3), which is the same as the previous
contributer, and I have recently downloaded updates, which again he
states he had done.

What 3rd party addins do you have installed? (It sounds like you have one
that isn't detecting Outlook's shutting down and causing the crash.)

I don't exit from from Outlook that often so I'm not quite sure when
the problem actually started, but the most recent addins I've down
loaded were 'proxywave', which I've since uninstalled and
'Cloudmark' (antispam). I'll try and see if I can dissable the
'Cloudmark' to see if it makes any difference.

Luckily it was nothing to do with Cloudmark as this is a very useful
program.

In fact it was the MSN Search Toolbar that I'd down loaded that was
causing the error on exit.
When I uninstalled it, I not only removed the error but I also got my
cloudmark symbols back in Outlook that had been 'hijacked' by the MSN
symbol.
