Have a user who is saving documents in "local
settings\temp internet files\olk15" but cannot find the
subdir in explorer. Any ideas?

It's hidden for a reason. I've had users open attachments and modify them
(against my insistance) and save them, never to be seen again. I have had
some luck going into the program in question (in my case, Outlook) open any
attachment, and do a serach from the default location that appears.

It's time someone jumped on your user from a great height as this is very
foolish practice that will lead to the loss of those documents when Windows
wipes them out. Documents should be saved out of the message to the local
drive when they arrive by e-mail.

Open attachment in outlook and then choose Save as; OLK15F directory will open. You'll see documents you saved in this directory. With right click on the desired document choose Copy and then paste it in your folder.
