I have an application that uses an OLE linked object. On my computer when I
double click on the image of the document it opens the document in the
appropriate application in a new window, whether it be a Word doc, a pic, or
a pdf.
My problem is that this feature works fine on the majority of pc's I work
with. However, there are some pc's that the documents do not open in a new
window; They open within the form itself. On top of opening in the form
itself, the document doesn't allow you to scroll around to edit anything
other than what you can see currently in the form.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it? Could it be due
to an older version of MS Access or Windows?
Thank you kindly.
