I need a copy of MS Publisher 2000 and MS Access 2000.
Where can I download these legally?

I expect they will be much cheaper than up to date versions.

Nowhere. Look on eBay.

Download ? - Outside of MS Developer Network I doubt you'll
find a download source, unless it's a Warez site. Actually, on-line
vendors still offer it, but at little price advantage over OfficeXP/2003.
Price ranges I saw where from $145-$295 for Professional.

You can not legally download these. Check on eBay for "used" copies.

Off2000 and any suites that belong to it has been pulled from MSDN a while back. Not available from there either. Part of the deal for the court settlement between MS and Sun
