Install Publisher 97 or a newer version. Windows XP
(whether Home or Pro) is just an operating system.
Applications, such as OFFICE must be purchased and
installed.

Just like you opened them before..
With Publisher.

Of course, just like before, Publisher has to be installed.

Using YOUR logic, that won't help at all. It has to be installed
in order to work! Or didn't you know that? Why does maroon keep
coming to mind?
