old error messages

i had an alarming operating system problem apparently due to some
instructions i was given on line by my router company re: my ip address etc
not only did they not solve the problem but my windows xp professional got
so screwed up in the process i had to reinstall (all i had was a xp home cd
so i used that, and it got my browsers, book marks back but i am still
getting the error messages which i have to click on to keep working
everything seems to work but the error messages annoy and worry me any
suggestions?

It would be helpful if you quoted this error message in its
