I've only bought a Silverado cooler from them. They're a real friendly bunch of guys, they kept in touch via e-mail as I was waiting for my order to arrive from Germany and they sent it as soon as it arrived.

They also e-mailed a formal invoice on request.

Good turnaround on Arctic Cooling VGA silencer but what was most impressi was the tech guy. He took me thru each step patiently and even sent me some thermal paste free of charge!
