OL2007 Monthly Cal Printing

I have a customer who uses Exchange Public folders for a corporate calendar
and prints a monthly calendar for distriubution to offsite folks. When they
exceed 6 appts on any given day these appts do not print on the monthly
calendar.

The Calendar Printing Asst does not work on Public Folder calendars.

Any advice?

the CPA will print public folder calendars but the folder needs to be in PF favorites. Click the Add button on the lower left panel of the CPA.

I'm not sure the CPA will make a difference though. You can only print what fits in the cell and if the cell is small, you may not get all of the items.
