OL2003 views config?

Hi,

after upgrading to Outlook 2003 I'm looking for a way to
customize folder views (get rid of grid lines, grouping, etc.)


Is there any way to to adapt a view globally for all folders?
Currently I have to to this folder by folder - and this really sucks.

Thanks for any hint in advance...

Change the default Messages view so it applies to all folders that are still
in this default view.
