OL2003 Different Signatures for Different Accounts

Hi everybody,

still playing around with OL2003 - sorry, if you guys start gettin'
annoyed :)

I am trying to figure out how to use different signatures vor
different accounts. I set up different signatures for different
accounts but now what? When I press "New Mail Message" OL sends it by
default from the default account with the default signature (fine with
me) but when I change the account in the compose window, the default
signature remains and is not changed.

I suppose I have to tell OL that I want to send a new mail using a
specific account. The only question is how? If I use a stationary I
could put the signature in the stationary - so the
chosing-different-signatures-for-different-accounts feature doesn't do
anything good....

Any ideas?

You are using the outlook editor - if you use word editor, the signature
changes when a new account is selected.

Does the outlook editor support right clicking on the sig and selecting a
new one? I never use it and forget...

YOu can set per account signatures if you use Word as the editor. Under
Tools->Options->Mail format, check the option to use Word. At the bottom,
you can specify your account for sending and then set the appropriate
signature.

reading.

ACTIONS / New Mail Using...../ pick your account
it will use the sig you set up for that mail account.
