OL2003 Business Contact Mgr

I'm trying to link existing email messages to Business
Contacts, but it is not working. What am I doing wrong?
 
How are you trying it? Any errors?

I click on the email message, goto the Link to History
form and select Business Contact. After doing so, I get
an error saying that BCM has encountered a problems and
needs to close.
