OL2002 - Aaarghh! Help - no contacts in Address Book

In my previous post I asked for help regarding the error:
"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been
moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on how
to remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft
Outlook Help."

I was able to delete the double listing of Contacts but now I have *no*
entries in my address book, especially when looking-up names whilst
typing a new email.
How do I use the Contacts on Outlook 2002 so that the address book uses
the same ones. I am sure there was a setting that you can choose which
to use but I can't remember. Anyone care to enlighten me as how I go
about rectifying this and getting my addresses back. They all show in
Contacts okay but not in Addy Book.
Thanks

You deleted the wrong entry. Now delete the other and add back the first.

Thanks for the help.
Hmmn...now how do I only show email entries instead of others (fax etc.)

That has never been an option in the Outlook Address Book.
The standard behavior for the Outlook Address book is to display all
electronic addresses (both fax and e-mail). That behavior cannot be changed.
The only way to prevent the display of fax numbers is to store them in a
different field or to disguise them (e.g., precede them with an alpha
character) so that Outlook won't recognize them as phone numbers.
