I can't get OL 2000 Inbox phone messages to set up. Seems to require email
addresses of each of the four computers on the network. But they don't have
email addresses. This is all in the same office. How do I set it up so that
my secretary can post a message to my computer telling me about some phone
call. She'd type a "new message" but what does she type in the To box? There
has to be some setting up.
Also having trouble sharing the calendar via Net Folders for the same
reason. The network works, but the computers aren't communicating through
OutLook (they can access the other computers through Word and Explorer so I
know the network is working.) I need to know what needs to be configured
within OLook.
Thanks for your help.

You can't send e-mail to someone who doesn't have an e-mail address,
obviously - if you can't set up e-mail accounts for everyone, you'll need to
use something else.

Re NetFolders - what problems are you having? Note that Netfolders is buggy
and I've never found it very reliable - might want to see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for other options.
