OL2000 detail view

how do you get the Properties on an email message in OL2000? In OL Express
all you have to do is open the message and File/Properties and use the
detail tab,, in OL2000 there is only a General tab. what am I missing?

To get the Header information rightclick the message in the message list and
choose Options...
