OL07 Favorites go missing

When Outlook 2007 crashes, as it does on my machine with great frequency,
when I start it again, the Favorites are reset back to Inbox, Unread Mail
and Sent Items. I then have to drag my favourites back into the panel again
:-(

that's because it doesn't save them until you close outlook cleanly. Close
it after you add the folders and you should be ok, unless the profile is
corrupt.
