Hi,

I'm not sure if I am thinking abou t this correctly, but I believe the
server inbox and client inbox sizes are the same, correct? The two are
synchronized, aren't they? The reason I ask is because I have a user that
wants to keep active project in his inbox which means it could grow beyond
the server limits.

If the above is correct then is there a way to have all inbox mail go to a
personal folder file on his HD?

Thanks for your help.

Tom

He'll need to keep the project files in a pst on his desktop to avoid the
mailbox limits. Better would be to increase his limit should he need more -
this insures the files are backed up, as many corps don't backup local data,
only server stores.

If he sets the pst as his default delivery location then all mail will go
there - so will appointments etc and he will lose access to old mail via
OWA. Instead, I would use rules to move mail to a pst or just drag them to
the pst as needed.
