Hi,

I'm not sure if I am thinking abou t this correctly, but I believe the
server inbox and client inbox sizes are the same, correct? The two are
synchronized, aren't they? The reason I ask is because I have a user that
wants to keep active project in his inbox which means it could grow beyond
the server limits.

If the above is correct then is there a way to have all inbox mail go to a
personal folder file on his HD?

Thanks for your help.

Tom

1. There is no such beast as an Outlook 2003 server - Outlook is the mail
client for your mail server.

2. Outlook 2003 has a default store size of 20 gigs.

3. Your mail admin will set the default size of the mailbox on the mail
server. They seldom match.

3a. Server and clients do not synch - it is not an ability that Outlook nor
Exchange has.

4. Items can always be moved to a .pst file for storage. Disadvantage is
that since it is a local file, it will not be included in a network backup.
