Howdy all,

I suspect I have a problem with my old install of OL2000 so I am trying to run Detect & Repair. When prompted for the CD the error box will tell me it cannot find data1.msi, even though I can browse right to it - I can see it on the CD.

I'm working off a backup of my orig. Office 2000 cd which was badly scratched. I have two backup CD's and I get the same results from either one.

I also get the same results from the copy of the CD I keep ON my machine.

Kinda baffled.

tnx,
/R

Do you have a Pocket PC? Did it come with its own Outlook CD? Try that one
to see if it helps.
