Ok, I'm stuck!

that means you are ALL welcome to help.

I've just set-up an account with AlwaysWebHosting ... had a little problem that was extremely quickly sorted out by "Ronnie" ...

However, now I'm stuck never had control at "the other end" before ... how do I FTP to it?

Do I just use "cuteFTP" or whatever in the normal fashion?

That is hurdle #1 ... more to come.

Hi Mucks

Yep, you just use cuteFTP as usual to FTP into your site (using the information you got in your welcome mail), and then upload all of your files to the www/html directory and this is your "main" directory that your domain will point to

You should have a url for a control panel serverx.alwayswebhosting.com (where x is your server number) and this gives you more control over things like e-mail accounts (one for youself (ladymuck too ) and however many others you want to create)
