OH NO! I Forgot the admin password..

I hope someone can provide me with some informatin on how to get myself out of this problem. I went on vacation for several weeks.. and when i came back, i couldnt remeber my account password, which is the admin account. I have 2 limited acocunts set up, but they cannot change the admin password. I would REALLY appreciate if someone could help me with this.
