ogm files...

hello
i have a problem on my compute
¯sony vaio, p4 2.6htz, 512 ram, 102HDÂ
whenever i open windows explorer, and i go to a file with -.ogm- as a file extension, after... 4-7 secs, it displays ¯srry to inconvenience... blah blah blah must terminate program .... send out error report? etcetc¯ this happens everytime i look at at windows explorer with ogm files. why? and how can i stop it from doing this?
 
If you locate your audio files in the Windows XP "My Music" folder, and not open
them in Windows Explorer, you will not eXPerience this issue.
