Offline syncronization

When I am working off line and create and send an email
it goes into my outbox, which I assume it should. When I
reconnect to my company Lan the mail in my outbox doesn't
appear to go anywhere because the intended recepients
don't get the mail. Also, I can't see the emails in my
Outbox or my sent items folders.
 
Are you using a PST file at all? Or maybe more than one profile? Do you see
any errors in your synchronization logs in your deleted items folder?
 
Yes, I am using a .pst file. I think the problem might be
that I am logging on with a local admin account when I'm
at home and I'm logging on with a domain account at work.
So your profile suggestion may be right on the money,
I'll have to try logging on with my network account when
