Hello there
I have an Exchange 2000 system and clients running office 2003.
one client, who has cached mode on, faces a continuous problem where synch
fails because of the presence of an infected message that the Antivirus
failed to clean.
to repair this he has to disable the cached mode, delete the message then
enable the cache mode again.
the bad thing is, he does not know that the sync failed unless he compares
the number of offline items with those on the server.
Any ideas?
Regards

I am having the same problem. Turning off Cached Exchange mode is the only
way I've been able to find to get rid of the Sync Issues (or logging into
Terminal Server that is running Office 2k). We are also on Exchange 2000 and
just upgraded a good majority of the office to Office 2k3. We're hoping to
get a new server (w/Exchange 2003), but we would like to get this fixed now,
as we won't be getting our new server until next year.

Anyone have any suggestions?
