Hello there
I have an Exchange 2000 system and clients running office 2003.
one client, who has cached mode on, faces a continuous problem where synch
fails because of the presence of an infected message that the Antivirus
failed to clean.
to repair this he has to disable the cached mode, delete the message then
enable the cache mode again.
the bad thing is, he does not know that the sync failed unless he compares
the number of offline items with those on the server.
Any ideas?
Regards
