Offline rules don't work PLZ!

My offline rules in 2003 don't work. I tried recreating and all trivial
staff. I see many users posting the same Q with one thing in common: number
of posts = 1 (i.e - no answers). I hardly beleive such a basic bug would not
be resolved by MS. Can anybody help please?

I posted that problem, too. No answers. My qorkaround is to use the
cached mode. Since you are always online in that, it seems to work.
