Offline issue

See this senario:
I configure outlook to be in cashed mode in my laptop, I go home and use
POP3 to download emails. After that I return to work but nothing appears in
inbox all emails are in failure folder can I get help.
 
By configuring POP3 you removed the messages from the Exchange mailbox. If
there is no other way to connect to your mail you should at least configure
it to leave the messages on the server.

It is already configured to leave a copy in the server.
