I already know that .mdb and .pst files can not be made available offline, so
how do i stop it from telling me everytime, without moving it from the users
server folder.

Unfortunately that KB article just describes the problem, not the solution.
The problem is that at every synchronization Windows pops up an error message
that certain DB files could not be made available offline. So users are
constantly getting error messages on synchronization, making them concerned
they're files aren't getting synched. Also, if a users issues a shutdown
command and walks away, it will hang, waiting for the user to acknowledge
that those files weren't made available.

I'm sure what the original post was asking for was a way to keep the message
from appearing at all.
