offline files synch target files from ms office recent shortcut

Hi

I have noticed that when i access a office file which is on the network,
these files are synchronised, even though i dont want them to.

I finally found out that the shortucts which are created on
"%appdata%\microsoft\office\recent", the target files of these shortcuts get
synchronised.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
