Hi,
I could use some assistance on resolving a problem for a
client of mine. We are using the offline folder feature
of Windows XP Professional. Recently, we changed the
primary/host computer's name from Teddybear to 2fl-floor.
Unfortunately, my client made changes to some of the files
during the change in name (although he was told not to do
so). Now, I am getting a message that offline files on
Teddybear need to be synchronized. Even if I can just
find a way to delete just the Teddybear offline file
versions, the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, I
cannot find a way just to delete those offline files from
Teddybear or a way to uncover them.
Can someone please contact me via email
<[email protected]> or Instant Messenger at
jeremy426 (on aol) to discuss this further. Thanks in
advance for your help. I have been searching for a
resolution to this issue and can't find anything.
Thanks,
Jeremy Grandstaff
