OfficeJet V40 Cannot Print From Users who do not have Administrator Priveleges

Can you help, I cannot get my OfficeJet V40 to Print from
Users (My Kids) in Windows XP who do not have
administrator priveleges. Seems like a simple problem,
but I can't figure it out. If I change their access to
Administrator it prints.

Check permissions on the spool directory (normally
windows\system32\spool\printers).
